North Reading Youth Soccer

Intramural Overview

North Reading Youth Soccer’s intramural program is for younger players who want to learn the game of soccer while enjoying friendly competition with other players from North Reading. There are two playing seasons each year: fall and spring.

During both seasons, the intramural program forms teams in the Kindergarten (KG), Grade 1 (G1), Grade 2 (G2), and Grade 3 (G3) age groups. We also offer a special Pee-Wee (PW) program during the spring season for students who will be starting KG the following fall.

Intramural games are played on Saturday mornings or very early afternoon at Ipswich River Park.

A reversible jersey and a size 3 ball is used in the PW-G1 age groups. Near the start of each season, families can purchase a reversible jersey for PW, KG, and G1 play. The jersey is reusable from season to season. G2 and G3 players will be given a jersey based on their team assignment. If you are new to the program,  a size 3 ball will be provided when the reversible jersey purchased.

Teams are co-ed in PeeWee and Kindergarten.
